The Nutcracker 2022

Kittiwake is delighted to present The Nutcracker tour 2022! This classical ballet set to Tchaikovsky’s masterpiece has been performed the world over for 130 years and Kittiwake is celebrating its 36th year with performances in Stephenville, Corner Brook, St. John’s, Gander and Grands Falls-Windsor. Our company of professional dancers and apprentices will be joined on stage by more than 250 young dancers from these communities around the island to bring Martin Vallée’s choreography to life.

Two performances in St. John’s feature live music with the orchestra of Kittiwake Dance Theatre and the beautiful voices of Shallaway choir, under the baton of Vernon Regehr.
